WVA recognises the important role the voluntary sector plays in economic and social regeneration and provides a range of services to voluntary organisations. These include payroll advice; free meeting rooms, information services and training programmes. WVA also run a series of networking events including a monthly funding club and development and constitution advice.

 

WVA manage several grant schemes for the voluntary sector including the Barrow Cadbury Trust Women’s Development Fund and the Community Empowerment Network Community Chest programme.
