A team of more than 100 people draw on almost two centuries of experience and tradition to produce a range of beautifully designed, high quality saddlery products which combine the latest materials with traditional manufacturing skills.

 

The company’s master craftsmen often develop products in conjunction with leading riders, such as Household Cavalry Riding Master and top event rider Captain Richard Waygood. “Jeffries saddlery is second to none,” he says. “The skill and detail that goes into the manufacture of all their leather work is incredible.”

 

Jeffries products are sold exclusively by specialist equestrian retailers, but the company also regularly demonstrates Jeffries Saddlery at major equestrian events across the country. Actual and potential customers can meet the team and discuss Jeffries products in detail.

 

When the Jeffries family founded their business in 1820, they set out to create a business based on the use of the most sensitive of craftsmanship on the finest of materials, and succeeded in creating a market which has lasted for 186 years.

Since 1972 Jeffries has been part of W.A.Goold (Holdings) Ltd, a family-owned and run group of companies, based in Walsall since 1877.

 

The Jeffries philosophy is to create fine  products that will be seen as traditional many years ahead, through a combination of quality, craftsmanship and latest manufacturing methods.
