Walsall Housing Group (whg) is a non-profit making group of companies that provide
good quality, affordable, community based housing for people in Walsall. Established
in 2003 the group owns and manages over 20,000 homes in Walsall and has an active
engagement policy to give local tenants a say in how their homes are managed.
The Walsall Housing Group is committed to making Walsall a better place and together with Walsall Borough Strategic Parntership manages Visionary Investment Enhancing Walsall (VIEW) which provides funding for local improvement projects providing:
- housing to meet the needs of all residents
- safe and attractive neighbourhoods
- access to learning opportunities
- employment and training opportunities
- community activities inlcuding sports, art and culture
