Steps to Work (Walsall) Limited is a progressive employment and training charity supporting people and organisations in Walsall and Wolverhampton.

 

As a specialist employment support organisation, the team provide unemployed people, including those with significant or multiple barriers to gaining work, with the help they need to overcome these challenges and find sustainable, rewarding employment.

 

In 2007/8, they supported 8435 clients and helped over 2290 people into employment by working with 100s of employers and through strong partnerships with other organisations who share the vision and passion to help local people.

 

As part of our commitment to increase the opportunities available for local unemployed people to access support and find sustainable employment, they have developed a network of branches conveniently located across Wolverhampton and Walsall. Our expanded network includes Work on the Horizon and Darlaston JET.
